Freshman year of high school I met one of my best friends who had just moved to Hickory from Fayetville, NC. Aside from her outgoing personality, I immediately noticed her electric blue eyeliner. It looked fantastic with her olive skin tone, dark hair, and dark brown eyes. She knew her color.
After a bit of research and some soul searching through the aisles of Sephora I found my color, purple. The electric purple compliments green eyes making them pop, and I personally really like how it strays away from the usual black/brown eyeliner worn by most women.
